Wood-plastic co-extrusion:

This is a kind of WPC(wood-plastic composite) which is made by the mixture of natural fiber waste and plastic waste. WPC is a new product substituting natural wood. The market prospect of this new composite material and its finished products is wide. It can be used to produce window and door, outdoor floor, stair rail, windowsill, architecture formwork, automobile backing accessory as well as trays. Its main raw materials are waste and reprocessed plastics such as plastic bottles, plastic bags, and waste wood fiber such as sawdust, tree branches, agriculture fibers such as chaff and peanut shell, etc. This technology makes waste profitable and it is of great importance for environments by protecting forests, reducing tree cutting, reducing air and environment pollution caused by agricultural waste burning.
